Westminster, MD - David Fox, M.D., radiologist was recognized as the May Physician of the Month. A physician affliated with Carroll Hospital for almost 12 years, Dr. Fox was recognized for staying beyond his normal shift to review a patient's diagnostic imaging tests to ensure she received the appropraite care.
