April 16, 2010 - Advanced Radiology at Owings Mills The First Outpatient 3T MRI in Baltimore, Plus 40 Slice CT, Digital X-ray

The area’s first outpatient 3T MRI makes its debut April 19th, at our new imaging center - Advanced Radiology at Owings Mills. Located at 2 Park Center Court, off Reisterstown Rd., the center also offers a 40 slice CT scanner and digital X-ray.

Sub-specialized radiologists, including Medical Director Robert Van Besien, M.D, staff the spacious new facility. He observes, “3T MR and state-of-the-art multi-detector CT provide superb new options to serve our patients’ most advanced imaging needs. The facility also offers ample parking, easy access from the beltway and is in close proximity to many of the area’s top medical services.”

The Owings Mills center complements Pomona Square, Advanced Radiology’s full service imaging facility that offers 1.5T MRI/MRA, Open MRI, multi-slice CT, PET/CT, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, digital mammography, X-ray, DEXA and fluoroscopy.
