Steven Breiter, M.D.
Dr. Breiter is a graduate of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. He completed a pediatric residency at the Children's Hospital National Medical Center in Washington D.C. He then completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the Parkland Memorial Hospital. Dr. Breiter is Board Certified in Pediatrics and Radiology. In 1990, Dr. Breiter completed his Fellowship in Pediatric Radiology at the Children's Medical Center in Dallas. He also completed a two-year Fellowship in Neuroradiology at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Breiter has received the Certificate of added qualifications (CAQ) in Pediatric Radiology. Dr. Breiter is currently enrolled at Johns Hopkins University of Continuing studies, where he is specializing in healthcare.

 

 

Judy Destouet, M.D.
Dr. Destouet received her M.D. from the Baylor College of Medicine in 1975. She completed her residency at Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology, Washington University School of Medicine, St Louis, MO in 1979. Dr. Destouet is board-certified in Diagnostic Radiology by The American Board of Radiology. Her Medical Specialty Interests are in Breast Imaging. She is currently a member of the following organizations:

Malonnie Kinnison, M.D.
Dr. Kinnison is a 1976 graduate of University of Michigan. She completed Residencies in Internal Medicine and in Radiology at Georgetown University Hospital. Dr. Kinnison also completed a Fellowship in Cardiovascular Radiology at Johns Hopkins Medical Institution. She has been certified through The American Board of Internal Medicine since 1979 and through the American Board of Radiology since 1982. She has had added qualifications in Vascular and Interventional Radiology since 1995.

Dr. Kinnison's Medical Specialty Interests are in Interventional procedures in oncology patients, including hepatic chemoemobilization and venous hormone sampling.

 

 

Loralie Ma, M.D., Ph.D.
Dr. Ma is a dual graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She obtained a Ph.D. degree in Biophysics (ultrasound membrane absorption) in 1988, and her M.D. in 1991. Dr. Ma then completed a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Johns Hopkins Hospital (JHH) in 1995. Subsequently, she completed her Fellowship in cross-sectional Imaging at JHH, and was a clinical oncology Fellow of the American Cancer Society. She became Assistant Professor of Radiology at JHH in 1996, and joined Advanced Radiology, P.A. in 1997. Dr. MA is currently the Director of Magnetic Imaging of Baltimore, and serves as the Secretary of the Maryland Radiological Society. Dr. Ma is certified through the American Board of Radiology in Diagnostic Radiology with an added special competency in Nuclear Medicine. Her Medical Specialty Interests include Musculoskeletal Imaging (multimodality), MR Imaging of soft tissue masses and PET Imaging. Dr. Ma has (co) authored over 30 peer-reviewed scientific journal articles, book chapters, and international meeting abstracts. She is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, American Medical Association, American Roentgen Ray Society, Radiological Society of North America and the Maryland Radiological Society.

Hardeep Rosy Singh, M.D.
Dr. Singh is a 1985 graduate of Howard University College of Medicine. She completed her residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Howard University Hospital. She also completed her fellowship in Breast Imaging at Georgetown University. Dr. Singh has been certified in Diagnostic Radiology through the American Board of Radiology since 1991.

 

 

James Winthrop, M.D.
Dr. Winthrop is a 1981 graduate of University of Virginia School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology and his fellowship in Neuroradiology at Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology, Washington University School of Medicine. Dr. Winthrop has been certified in Diagnostic Radiology with added qualifications in Neuroradiology since 1986.

 

 

Ethan Spiegler, M.D.
Dr. Spiegler is a 1983 graduate of Yeshiva University, Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He completed his Residency and Chief Residency in Internal Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center. He also completed his fellowship in Nuclear Medicine at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Spiegler has been certified in Nuclear Medicine through The American Board of Nuclear Medicine since 1988, and he is certified in Internal Medicine by The American Board of Internal Medicine since 1986.

 

 

Nancy Chang Yue, M.D.
Dr. Yue is a 1987 honors graduate of the University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine. She completed her residency in Radiology and her fellowship in Neuroradiology at the Johns Hopkins Hospital, where she continued on as an Assistant Professor. Dr. Yue has been board-certified in Diagnostic Radiology since 1992 and certified in Neuroradiology since 1995 by The American Board of Radiology. She is also board-certified in Radiology in Canada and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians, Canada. She is a Senior Member of the American Society of Neuroradiology. She has co-authored multiple publications and has been principal investigator at Johns Hopkins in brain tumor imaging, serving as an expert reviewer for national and international brain tumor chemotherapeutic trials. Dr. Yue has special interest in Neuroradiology and Diagnostic Radiology. She has received the Radiology Residents' Faculty Teaching Award, Johns Hopkins Hospital, 1995 and The Wightman Award for Internal Medicine, University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine, 1987. Dr. Yue is an Assistant Professor of Radiology at the Johns Hopkins Hospital School of Medicine.
