Lyle T. Saylor, M.D.
Dr. Saylor is a 1970 graduate of Hahnemann University in Pennsylvania. He completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology, and his fellowship in Neuroradiology, Angiography, and CT head scanning at the University of Maryland Hospital. Dr. Saylor has been board certified in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology since 1976.

Adam Scherr , M.D.
Dr. Scherr joined Advanced Radiology after completing a fellowship in cross sectional imaging at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia and his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Scherr completed his residency in diagnostic radiology at the University of Maryland Medical Center.

Julian Thayer Simmons, M.D.
Dr. Simmons currently serves as Director of the Advanced Radiology Harford Imaging Center. Dr. Simmons is a 1980 graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed his residency in Radiology at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Simmons has been board certified in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology since 1984.

Hardeep Rosy Singh, M.D.
Dr. Singh is a 1985 graduate of Howard University College of Medicine. She completed her residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Howard University Hospital, and then went on to complete a fellowship in Breast Imaging at Georgetown University Hospital. She worked at Johns Hopkins Hospital for five years prior to joining Advanced Radiology in 1997. Dr. Singh has been board certified in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology since 1991. She is a member of the Society of Breast Imaging.

Steven M. Smith, D.O.
Dr. Smith graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he also completed his internship in Transitional Medicine. He completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia.
Dr. Smith is Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology by The American Board of Radiology. He served as the Chairman of the Union Hospital of Cecil County -Radiology Department from 1997 to 2005. His special interests are in MRI and CT.

Ethan Spiegler, M.D.
Dr. Spiegler is a 1983 graduate of Yeshiva University, Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He completed his residency and served as Chief Resident in Internal Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center in New York. He completed a fellowship in Nuclear Medicine at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Spiegler has been board certified in Nuclear Medicine by the American Board of Nuclear Medicine since 1988, and board certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine since 1986.

Kathleen Standiford, M.D.
Dr. Kathleen Standiford graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Biology from Yale University, New Haven, CT in 1985. She earned her Medical Degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine, Baltimore, MD in 1990. Dr. Standiford completed her internship at Graduate Hospital in Philadelphia, PA in 1991 and her radiology residency at Pennsylvania Hospital, Philadelphia, PA. In 1996, she completed her fellowship training in Body Imaging- US/CT/MRI at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Standiford is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology. She is a member of the American Roentgen Ray Society, the American College of Radiology, and the Radiological Society of North America.

Edward Steiner, M.D.
Dr. Edward Steiner did his undergraduate studies at Harpur College in Binghamton, New York. He completed medical school at the University of Rochester in 1982, and remained there to complete his surgical internship in 1983, followed by his residency in Diagnostic Radiology in 1986. He completed a fellowship in Abdominal Radiology and CT/MRI at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School in Boston in 1988. Dr. Steiner has been board certified in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology since 1986.

Robert Stroud, M.D.
Dr. Stroud currently serves as the President of Advanced Radiology. He is a 1983 graduate of the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He completed his residencies in Internal Medicine and Diagnostic Radiology at George Washington University Medical Center. He also completed a fellowship in Neuroradiology at George Washington University Medical Center. Dr. Stroud has been board certified in Diagnostic Radiology with added qualifications in Neuroradiology by the American Board of Radiology since 1989.

Bennett Sweren, M.D.
Dr. Sweren currently serves on the Board of Directors of Advanced Radiology. He is a 1982 graduate of the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at St. Louis University Hospital. Dr. Sweren has been board certified in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology since 1986.

D. Randy Tabb, M.D.
Dr. Tabb is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology. He graduated from the University of Maryland School of Medicine and completed his residency in diagnostic radiology at Geisinger Medical Center. A women's imaging specialist with additional skills in nuclear medicine, ultrasound, thyroid imaging, and bone densitometry, Dr. Tabb has held a variety of administrative roles during his years of experience, including Director of Teleradiology, Ultrasound, and Nuclear Medicine, and serving as Vice Chairman and member of the Board of Directors of his previous large group practice.

David Todd, M.D.
Dr. Todd joined Advanced Radiology after completing his interventional radiology fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital. His interests include interventional oncology (including radiofrequency, cryoablation, and intra-arterial chemoembolization) and minimally invasive treatment of uterine fibroid disease with Uterine Artery Embolization. Dr. Todd, who received his medical degree from Albany Medical College, completed his internship in surgery at Union Memorial Hospital and his residency in diagnostic radiology at the University of Maryland Medical Center. In addition to his medical training, Dr. Todd holds a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill following which he was an Administrative Fellow with the Management Council of the University of North Carolina Hospitals.
