Zuzana Chamrova, M.D.
Dr. Chamrova graduated from the University of Maryland in Baltimore in 1991. She also completed her residency and a fellowship in Angiography/Interventional Radiology at the University of Maryland. She is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology.

 

 

Anthony Chiaramonte III, M.D.
Dr. Chiaramonte earned his medical degree at the Medical College of Pennsylvania (now Drexel School of Medicine) in Philadelphia in 1992. After finishing an Internal Medicine Internship in 1993, he completed his Diagnostic Radiology Residency at Allegheny University Hospital in Philadelphia in 1997. Dr. Chiaramonte has been board certified in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology since 1998. He entered private practice in North Carolina with Laurinburg Radiology Associates and served as President in 2000-2001. Dr. Chiaramonte joined Advanced Radiology in June 2001.

 

 

Barton Cockey, M.D.
Dr. Cockey received his undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University in 1976. He earned his medical degree at Johns Hopkins University in 1979. After completing his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Johns Hopkins Hospital in 1983, he remained there for an additional year as an instructor in radiology and nuclear medicine. He is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology.

 

 

Stephen Cunat, M.D.
Dr. Cunat currently serves as the Medical Director of the Advanced Radiology Perry Hall Imaging Center. He received his M.D. from Medical College of Virginia in 1977, and was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Case Western Reserve University Hospitals of Cleveland in 1981, where he was Chief Resident. He completed a CT/Ultrasound fellowship at University of Maryland Hospital in 1982. He has been board certified in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology since 1981.

 

 

Donna DeCosta, M.D.
Dr. DeCosta received her undergraduate degree in biology at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York in 1986. She earned her M.D. in 1990 at the University of Pennsylvania and completed her internship at Mercy Hospital in 1991. She completed her residency at Howard University Hospital in 1995. Her fellowship in Abdominal Imaging was completed in 1996 at the University of Maryland. She is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology by The American Board of Radiology.

 

Judy Destouet, M.D.
Dr. Destouet received her M.D. from the Baylor College of Medicine in 1975. She completed her residency at Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology, Washington University School of Medicine, St. Louis, Missouri in 1979. She is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology. Her Medical Specialty interests are in Breast Imaging. She currently serves as the American College of Radiology Chair, American College of Radiology Mammography Accreditation Committee (2000-2006), as well as the American College of Radiology Task Force on Mammography Practice Issues.

Dr. Destouet was selected as one of the Top 10 “Women’s Imaging Specialists” in the USA by Medical Imaging Magazine, 2006. Baltimore Magazine selected her as a “Top Doctor” in November 2005. She was awarded the Radiologist of the Year by Advanced Radiology in 2005. Dr. Destouet has published 73 papers; her latest publication, The ACR’s Mammography Accreditation Program: Ten Years of Experience since MQSA, was published in the Journal of the American College of Radiology in 2005.

 

 

David Elder, M.D.
Dr. Elder received his M.D. from the University of Maryland in 1982. He completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the University Hospital in 1986. Dr. Elder is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology with added qualifications in Neuroradiology and Interventional Radiology by the American Board of Radiology.

 

 

Danilo Espinola, M.D.
Dr. Espinola completed Medical School at the Universidad de Costa Rica in 1976, followed by one year of social service. He completed a residency in pediatrics in Hospital Nacional de Ninos in Costa Rica in 1980. From 1980 to 1982, Dr. Espinola completed a fellowship in Nuclear Medicine at Johns Hopkins Hospital followed by a residency in Diagnostic Radiology from 1982 to 1985 at the same institution. He is board certified in both Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine by the American Board of Radiology.

 

Dave Faison, M.D.
Dr. Faison served as Chairman of the St. Joseph Medical Center Department of Radiology from 2002 to 2005. He received his M.D. from The Medical College of Georgia in 1983. He completed his Diagnostic Radiology residency in 1988 and his fellowship in Interventional Radiology at Emory University Affiliated Hospitals in 1989. Dr. Faison is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology.

 

 

Audrey Fernandes, M.D.
Dr. Fernandes received her medical degree from the University of Maryland Medical Center in 2000. Following an internship in Internal Medicine at Mercy Medical Center, Dr. Fernandes completed her residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of Maryland Medical Center in 2005. She then went on to complete a fellowship in Body Imaging-US/CT/MRI at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Fernandes is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology.

 

David R. Fox , M.D.
Dr. Fox received his medical degree at the Sackler School of Medicine/New York State Program, Tel Aviv, in 2000. He completed both his surgical internship and his residency in diagnostic radiology at Morristown Memorial Hospital in Morristown, New Jersey. He also completed a fellowship in Abdominal Imaging at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Fox is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology by The American Board of Radiology.
